As an observer of Manchester (MHT), I do know that we're among the very top stations in terms of load-factor systemwide for Southwest. Whatever we've added, we've done well at; PHL is no exception. We're due to get PHX at some point, since we have LAS now. As for the hiring matter, I would honestly guess that what you are seeing is a result of attrition more than anything else. Ramp agents probably aspire to eventually become something else...hence the need to backfill at that position.

I know for a fact that BWI needs a lot of ramp agents. They are taking transfers from other cities and hiring new.

Looks like WN is hiring at BDL, BWI, MHT, and PVD.
