I heard adult male pax in first class was behaving very suspiciously approx 2 hrs outside of LHR. Wearing sunglasses, standing up checking watch, walking to back of plane. U'stand from pax on flight that flight crew checked his passport and manifest and didn't check out. They drugged his drink and knocked him out. Pax was removed from plane at JFK by officials.

Anyone have any further info? Nothing on the news.......

WHAT THE HECK!?!?! Can an airline drug a passengers drink cause they "suspect" they could be a risk to passengers? Sounds like a lawsuit if this guy checks out.

I also find it rather hard to believe that the flight crew has substances capable of drugging a passenger's drink.

Sounds like a good old glass of shut the hell up.

First accounts of these events ae rarely accurate, so take it with a grain of salt.

The funny thing is that AA141 LHR-JFK on 30AUG isn't scheduled to arrive at JFK until 2249 tonight. Is this a premonition?

Nice Observation.

Support Airliners.net - become a First Class Member!

Maybe the FA that got sacked for trying to drug the crying baby was hired by AA. Sounds like the start of an urban legend.

Well, considering that the plane was going to JFK, that person, to me, seems like any old New Yorker.  Big grin

U'stand from pax on flight that flight crew checked his passport and manifest and didn't check out.
While it is possible for there to be a difference between the name on the passport and the name on the manifest, considering the ticket/passport checks (check-in, security, post-security, entering gate area, boarding plane), I find it hard to believe.

They drugged his drink and knocked him out.
As other people said:  Confused

Pax was removed from plane at JFK by officials.
AA777223ER made a very good comment. Do you have any more information on this situation?
