Anyone coming over on a charter? What airlines can we expect to see at DTW? Will this just be schedule service with BA and NW?

Well.. the European Team no longer has the Concorde to make their 'BANG' of an arrival like they did in Boston 4 years ago.

"The flight crew forgot to slow down in time...!!" Yea, right..!!!

Virgin Atlantic in flying in the European team.
You won't see too much additional action at DTW.
PTK will be packed with all the biz-jets, Lears, Gulfstreams you name it. Oakland-Troy will also see significant slip-over, at least on the domestic side. PTK has customs clearance.

In terms of commerical, there won't be too much additional.

You'll see me there coming over on a BA 767 and not the 777 scheduled back in Oct 03 when I booked the tickets. Still going back on 777. I'm sure you will see a lot of Biz jets at Oakland, I just couldnt afford one.

VS will fly in the European team? Nice. Finally, golfers will see what flying in style while doing it commercially is all about.

I wonder if VS will use special crews... Those drop dead gorgeous gals  Smile
