ANA: This has been discussed here multiple times recently. jetBlue is building a new terminal behind T5, and T5 will be connected to it by the famous "tubes". It hasn't been quite determined how T5 will be used, but most likely there will be jetBlue check-in kiosks, shops, restaurants, perhaps a museum. It's scheduled to open in 2007, I believe.
JetBlue will still have the right to use T6 once T5 opens. Many speculate that T6 will not be big enough, as there are only about ten more gates than T5, and JetBlue is expanding, but I think that 26 gate should be enough.
I believe that once JetBlue fully moves into T5, T6 will be torn down/heavily re-done. There is no word yet on what will happen to T6, but JetBlue could very well continue to use it, or other airlines could use it.

Will the renovated T5 will have the amazing view to the gates from the entrance hall (the famous large oval window), as it used to have in TW days (certainly not to a TW 747 parked just in front of the window - what a view!)?

No
As you can see from the picture here, http://www.gensler.com/, there will just be side views, not to mention that 320s and EMBs are not exactly the most amazing site.
The immigration hall at T4 has a similar set up where there is a wall of glass that gives a view of both piers of T4. T1's immigration hall has a similar set-up, but with a more limited view.
