All US 757's where delivered in the above silver USAir scheme, and all where delivered before the current livery, USAirways branding was introduced. The first US 757 to enter service was N604AU, ex-Eastern.

US Airways has operated a total of 34 757-200's. Some were delivered fresh from the factory but the first 8 examples were ex-Eastern aircraft. All sported the USAir livery, but never in the orange, brown, and silver one.

USAir placed its B757 order in December 1991. As part of that order, USAir agreed to lease 10 ex-Eastern B757-225s from GECAS. In December 1992, USAir agreed to lease 1 more ex-Eastern B757-225 from Boeing Capital. The 10 GECAS B757-225s are still in the US Airways fleet.
USAir received 23 new B757-2B7s from Boeing between February 1993 and July 1995. 21 of these remain in the US Airways fleet.
