I'm sure they would use them regularly on short-hop routes in New York, i.e. JFK-SYR, JFK-Rochester, etc. They would probably even use them on mainline routes that have off-peak loads, thereby maximizing the profitability and utilization of many routes in their network.

I read that Mr Neeleman was working on those routes at this very time! I read there was going to be some destinations from BUF added. And he was checking his other future cities to see what destinations could be served from there.. therefore, I could see multiple destinations from new cities added, maybe from the start of service!
