Cargo Carriers Flying Checks For Banks

Does anyone know what will happen with the small cargo carriers that primarily fly checks for banks, i.e. Ameriflight?

Banks in the US will no longer fly checks all over the country starting in October.

I can't see the carriers surviving long after that.
