No, there are many other types with 1+2 or 2+1 type seating. The Saab 340 and 2000, Dornier 328, Yak-40, L410 and Twin Otter are the ones that came to my mind at an instant.

Nope, Dornier 328's, J31's, J41's, DHC-6 Twin Otter's, EMB-120's, EMB-135's, EMB-145's, Saab 340's, Saab 2000's, Shorts 330's and Shorts 360's all have 1-2 seating. I might have missed a few, but these are the majority I think.
