After some careful research, I have come to the conclusion that Austrian Airlines has never operated a Boeing aircraft. I learned this through my good friend Martin, a pilot for them.

I would say Austrian Airways. They always had MD-80's and now they have Fokker 70's, A310's, A320's and A330's. As far as I know they have never bought any plane from Boeing, if you do not count Mc Donnel Douglas.

An other one was Air Inter (it used to be a French domestic airline) before merging with Air France.
Air Inter has operated the Caravelle, the Mercure, the Airbus A300, A320 and A330.
