Ok, just to say before I start that I'm not sure if this belong in this forum or not but I'm not really sure what forum it does belong to so here goes.

I was just on the Boeing website and I found the following quote 'As part of the tour, visitors will be located in the largest building in the world by volume (472,000,000 cubic feet). ' http://www.boeing.com/companyoffices/aboutus/tours

I was then looking through the photos posted here and found this one

Ok my question is will the Airbus facility in Toulouse be bigger than the Boeing Everett facility when finished??

To my knowledge, Boeing's Everett facility will still be the largest by volume. The new Toulouse building is for the A380 only, Boeing's plant houses the three widebody assembly lines in one building.
