You might say that those planes are good luck charms since both teams won, except for the fact that the Chargers and Cardinals are H O R R I B L E and the Patriots are the defending Super Bowl champion and have the greatest quarterback of his generation on their roster.

Again, I would have thought that the Texans would have used their hometown airline, Continental.

Delta seems to get a lot of the sports team contracts. Red Sox, Braves, Giants, 49ers, Indians, Falcons, Chargers are among the teams I have seen use Delta Airlines. Yankees use Continental. St. Louis Cardinals use American (formerly TWA). United used to fly the 49ers until this year. Hawaiian flies the Raiders. Just to name a few.

I don't know if CO is the usual airline for the Baltimore Orioles, but my uncle (a CO 737 Captain) flew them Baltimore-Los Angeles-Toronto about a month ago.
