well right now Indy Air doesn't fly between IAD and the west coast so it's nothing to "save market share" against them "right now". this must've came out of the blue (no pun intended ) i was actually surprised about this...but too, airlines do put sales on particular cities every once in a while. IAD just happens to be that city within our network. (though like you said...IAD-FLL wasn't even part of the deal). See you in the air!

Jet Blue and other airlines offer all sorts of discounts for Fall travel. It's the least traveled time of the year and they need to fill their airplanes....even if it means not making as much money. This is the cheapest time to fly to Europe and many other places.
