Well we're supposed to recieve 2 more A332 before the end of the year, one at the end of October and one in early to mid-December. 4 A333's are expected for next year along with a few A319's. I don't know the delivery date.

Fourth A330-200 Joins Fleet
Northwest took delivery of its fourth A330-200 aircraft Thursday when ship No. 3354 entered the fleet. Two A330-200 deliveries are scheduled in October, with the seventh 2004 delivery set for November.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
So I correct myself. We have 2 in 10/04 and 1 in 11/04

Thanks Jetjack74. Now; will all of these A332 be used on Asia/pacific routes. I know that NW likes to change there mind on where these aircraft will go.
I also herd that MSP wont see A330 service until 2006. That's hard to believe, as all of the planes are to be delivered by next year.

Well, the SEA-AMS will be the only TATL route that'll be served by the 200. There is much speculation about MSP-AMS, LGW. Implementing the aircraft is being kicked around. Some DTW-based FA's were hearing that DTW may staff MSP's routes to Europe, if the certain percentage needed to staff them isn't met. Over 70 percent of the base will have to be trained in order for MSP-based FA's to work them from what i'm lead to believe.

Is the DC10 that is used from DTW-LGW going to be doing the DTW-HNL route? But even if it is April 2nd doesn't allow for the Easter season/Spring Break crowd. So i guess that isn't the full answer.

DTW-HNL is only showing in the system around Christmas time. I dont think its going to be a full seasonal flight this year.

DTW-HNL (DC-10) is operating the same schedule it always has - during the holiday schedule, and the late winter/spring break time period. It operates from approx. Dec 15-Jan 7, and then again restarts mid Feb-early April. There is always much speculation of this route going year-round, and there is really no good reason why they haven't. NW has DC-10's available, and with their growing Hawaii network, it should happen soon.
After Apr. 2, the flight in the system is simply a placeholder. Its not going to operate as a DC-10. The schedule has not been set that far out, DTW-LGW will be an A330 indefinetely now.
