Hello all,

I was wondering, why has Easyjet not gone for the 737-700 to have winglets?
I think the Easyjet Aircraft would look really good with winglets!

Love to hear your views.

Thanks

European

P.S

How many Aircraft has Easyjet still got on order, Airbus and Boeing

Easyjet routes are on average relatively short, and thus winglets would be a disadvantage. The fuel savings at cruise would be offset by an increase in maintenance cost, purchasing cost, and weight.

I always wondered that, but more for FR who still have 737s on order.
