I was looking at a copy of a My Travel A330 Safety Information Card and I noticed on the back that it sais they had lower deck bathrooms. Has any of you used or seen them??? I thought this was very cool. Does any other airline have them??
One way, IAH-RTB please! No return ticket required.

Yeah used the LDL as it's called (Lower Deck Lavatories) they're very cool and more roomy than usual toilets. There's 5 in total with a seating area and display cabinet. It leaves 2 toilets in the upper deck. 1 at the front for the Premiair Gold cabin and 1 at the rear for the disabled pax. MyTravel were the 1st airline in the world to have an a/c with LDL. It does free up space in the cabin for seats however the a/c cannot carry as much cargo.

I have been on the My Travel A330 in 2000 fom MIA-ARN. The lower deck lavs were great. No-one gets stuck sitting next to a lav with peoples butts and crotches stuck in there faces while waiting to use the facilities. Good move for the airlines that ordered it.
