I think that the plan is to eventually get Metrojet an Airbus fleet to match the future USAirways fleet.

MetroJet will get new planes no earlier then 2006, and its going to be B737-300/400.
Airbuses are for main line not for MetroJet.
And I have no idea what about Southwest,

For MetroJet, I belive when the 737-300 begin to get in the news about getting old, they (USAirways) will hand them down to MetroJet. For Southwest, I belive some 757's would serve them well seeing we need a discount airline like them.

Southwest already has 737-800s in its fleet. I don't think MetroJet is planning on any new airplanes. Since it is a USAirways subsidiary they just use the old USAir -200s.
