AIRLINERS.NET CREW PHOTO SCREENER
Right on man. I just went through all that with Southwest Airlines. Just remember to dress to impress. Even though it's a ramp job, you still want to look professional. I'm not sure how they do it at Mesa, but WN asked me some questions based on possible scenarios. Like, in this situation, what would you do, or how would you handle it? Don't necessarily answer based on what you think they want to hear, but use your head and think about how you should handle it. Most of it is comon sense stuff. But just be professional, courteous and be sure to thank them for their time. And most of all, be yourself.
I took the advice given to me here at a.net and got business cards from my interviewers and I sent a short thank you letter to them a couple days after the interview.
ALL views, opinions expressed are mine ONLY and are NOT representative of those shared by Southwest Airlines Co.
