To make a long story straight, I just received my most recent AmEx bill and once again have charges that are not mine, well one of them is a JetBlue ticket! My question is this, the class of service they booked was R1, is this an employee or industry fare code. Thanks in advance for your help.

R1 is normally an industry discount code eg. ID00R1 (own staff) ID00R2 (OA staff) - don't know how it works for B6 though. B6's cheapest published selling class is R, however - could be that.

Actuall had two tickets bought under 2 differnt names and going from PBI to JFK and back to PBI, one was in class R1 and was $175.20 and the other was full Y fare and over $500.00, each was bought one way and day of departure....... I am sure this happens to other people as well and on other airlines and not just B6! Frustrating though for me, and also I am sure the airline who will take a hit for not looking at the card when the passanger checked in for the flight

You should have a quiet word with Jetblue as well - this is pretty basic fraud detection, they need to know they have a hole in their system somewhere.
