What is a Continental 757-200 doing at Hong Kong. Any news?
Also dont tell me it Continental Micronisia Devision operating it because they now only use 737-800's and 767-400's,

most likely on MX. I think CO does a lot of MX in HKG

Mx is correct. Ship 103 was in HKG for a C or D check.

I know that thats where the 777's get some of their interior MX done and also thats where the 777's first class seats come from. Didnt know we had 757's getting stuff done there. Pretty sure your right just noticed all of the window shades are down probobly no pax on board.

At first, I thought the picture was that of a few years ago when they based a few 757 for six months before enough 738 were delivered.

It seems like a long way go to do maintenance on a 757.
Well, if CO is saving money, more power to them.

I've now seen 738's, 757, 764's and 777's of CO at CLK  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

the routing on that flight was HKG-GUM-HNL-IAH!

I don't know the Mx schedule, but I think it' a good bet the answer is Yws. CO 757s have also had work done at Abbotsford, BC (YXX). It's possible C/D checks will be split between the two.

Thanks for the input - I guess us HK plane spotters will just have to keep our eyes and ears open to see them. Hopefully, the 753's will do Mx here one day  Big grin
