Ryanair Carries Over 100,000 People On PIK-GSE

Ryanair has carried over 100,000 people on its PIK-GSE route since it was started last October. To celebrate, as is typical with FR, a lucky passenger was awarded free flights and champagne. In addition, and, again, as expected, there's a fare promotion: £11.99 one-way - including tax - on the route.

Apparently 'the Swedes are coming here in great numbers to play golf and explore the Scottish countryside and cities.'

Ryanair deserves an award for yet another milestone. 100,000 passengers in a year on a route where you would not expect much business is an achievement, plus the best "on-time" performance.

Didn't they announce a similar story for LPL-CRL? Perhaps Pe@rson can tell us how that route is doing now.
