Well the company seems to have a victory in it's grasp. If the deal is ratified by the pilots union that NWA seems to be on right track as far labor cost reductions campaign. The deal includes a $263 million dollar pay reduction from the pilots contract, and in exchange for $35 miliion from management The company had originally sought $300 million and the pilots offered $200 miliion
