From aa.com:
There has been an accident involving an AmericanConnection flight in Kirksville, MO. Flight 5966 is operated by Corporate Airlines, an independent airline, which is coordinating the accident response. Individuals who believe they may have family members on board the flight should call 800.245.0999.

Further information on the accident will be updated Wednesday on Corporate's website at www.corporateairlines.com.

The thoughts and prayers of the entire American Airlines family go out to everyone touched by this tragedy.

My thoughts to the victims and their families.  Crying

Diffently not good for the airlines during this time period.

Hopefully there will be closure for the families and friends of these people.

If I had a guess as to what went wrong, it was probably wx related.
Does sound errierly fimilar to AA flight that crashed at LIT a few years back.
