I would think this correct as it is from Airlinerworld - it is not all of it - if you want to read all it is in the current issue!
"as part of a major restruture within the company, TUI Uk is to shed 800 jobs across it's business, which includes Thomson Holidays,Lunn Poly travel agents and the Britannia airways,Thomson.co.uk,Thomsnfly airline arm.
As part of the restructure, the three airline brand names will be amalgamated into one entity and called ThomsonFly. It is not yet clear wheather this means that low-cost operation will be availiable across the group , or only with it's boeing 737 services from Coventry"

In another thread on here it was mentioned that you will be able to book flight onlys on all of thomsons flights from the ThomsonFly website. When you book a Thomson holiday they will match your holiday to the best fitting ThomsonFly flight.
Still will be interesting to see how they work this through though. Will the lo-cost seats be accross the brand (ie out of all stations, BHX, MAN, LGW etc etc) or still remain only from the 737 operation out of CVT and soon to be BOH and Robin Hood? Furthermore, theres still some things to be worked through.... you can't offer the ThomsonFly lo-cost service on a longhaul flight..... Britannia serve hot meals, TFly don't, Britannia have IFE, TFly don't... they've got to be careful they dont create an identity crisis...
