I am looking for the BAe ATP/J-61 one on the left side in the background! The engines reminds me of British Airways, but I do miss the blue belly! Also the orange/red (??) cheatline is not fitting... any ideas???

Aurigny? The cheatline seems to fit and the blue would be explained as well.

No ATP in their official fleet list, also yellow engines -not blue- PLUS billboard titles on their SF340! Not very likely...  Sad

In my research, the distinct blue engines and the fact that's it at Southend has lead me to believe that it is bound for EuroAir.

Actually,
Upon closer inspection, the blue appears to be engine covers rather than the actual engine cowling in blue paint. I'm going to have to go with Wietse on that one--more than likely ex-Aurigny, possibly bound for EuroAir?

Edit: On second thought, the Aurigny cheatlin doesn't quite match that, it breaks 1/4 down the fuselage for the titles. I'm sure I have a positive match for you with this one:
