I have been a commercial airline enthusiast for approx 25yrs now. But I have not memorized all (or hardly any) of the airline codes like F9, AC, JW, FL etc. How can a novice like myself that does not work in the industry & also does not care to memorize hundreds of airline codes know what airlines you all are talking about in these forums?

Thanks, RT

Shame on you for not knowing AC! Talk about self-explanatory!

The great folks that built this site have provided a tool for you (us) as they know that NO-ONE can remember all codes.

Bring up the thread your wondering about (not the thread title) and slide your mouse over the code of the city or the airline. A question mark turns on and the full name appears. Cool.

Have fun.
