New Irish charter airline eirjet will soon be receiving their first aircraft - ex Monarch A320 G-MONW. Monarch are handing the aircraft back to lessors this week where it will carry on to eirjet. Airliner World reported they'll serve the 'Mediterranean and North African beach market'. Anyone know if this will include Egypt (Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Marsa Alam, Taba, etc)?

How come Monarch air returning their A320's I thought these along with the A321's were the mainstay of their fleet.
