Last I checked, Embraer did, because they did not want to extend US any more credit. I see the E170s are not too hard to get rid of, but the CRJ705s could be a problem, as people seem to have cooled off on them

Any chance MESA or COMMAIR could pick up the 705's??? After all they're both heavy CRJ customers!

Given that DL is in no position for even one of its subsidiaries to be picking up aircraft, I doubt Comair would be picking up the 705s. Since HP is already trying to move away from RJs and is only using the CRJ900s from Mesa to make up for aircraft short falls, and the other major Mesa customers don't really have the need for the 705 right now, BBD will probably have to look to Canada or Europe to get rid of them.

Ah, no they did not. The outstanding Embraer 170 orders have only been placed on hold, they have not been canceled. The orders are still in place and EMB and USAirways are working out a way to restart deliverys as the -170 is a key part in the restructring of the 'new' USAirways.

EMBQA - you mean the New New USAirways.

N102a - why do you say HP is trying to move away from RJ's? Almsot all the new cities and routes they've started as of late are RJ.

Exactly correct, from everything I have read.. They are on hold awaiting financials from US. They WILL still be delivered.

They signed a deal a few weeks back for Embraer 190's.

Before anyone says it, no Pinnacle will not get them, they have ordered as many RJ's as the NW pilots contract will allow.

I don't believe US had any EMB-175s on order.

These planes are still on order. They're just on hold.

Expect Republic to snap up their delivery positions otherwise.

For right now yes... but they have entered talks to fly for Delta as well.

F9 could definitely use some CR7's. They can't even afford to lose one CR7 to MX problems or the whole system will get messed up.

NW7E7:

Frontier doesn't have any CR7's. They are Horizon aircraft, flying for Frontier.

Which is why I suggested Horizon might be interested in a few.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy
