There are several free internet stations beyond the ticketing stands in Hall B of Terminal 1 (I beleive ther are a few also in T2). They are sponsored by Samsung and you can use them as long as you wish.

What will the capacity for this new luxury terminal for very frequent flyers be? I am looking forward to some pictures from there. Hopefully Lufthansa furnishes this terminal not only with grey leather chairs and a small mini-bar with drinks and crackers.

My answer comes in a little late, hope you still read this:
Inside the terminal, there are several W-Lan hotspots, which you can get internet access to. Appearently the Hotspot inside the Lufthansa Business Lounge is powered by D2 Vodafone, a partner of Lufthansa. Supposedly prices start at 3,95 for half an hour. (according to their website http://www.vodafone.de/wlan/31324.html).
If you should need a quick walkthrough of how to configure your computer (the directions are in German only, don't know how fluent you are in that), just leave a short message, and I will be glad to help you! But I am sure, the LH Lounge staff will be able to assist you with that as well!
