According to the local channels here in Indianapolis, they are in court today to start the process. AirTran is going to submit its bid but i think the judge is going to set a deadline for any other bids/offers.

The court will set a schedule for the submission of bids.
Following their submissions the court, company, and creditors will likely have several weeks to review bids.
There is much behind the scenes discussions involving both the know potential suitors like Air Tran, SWA, America West, and so far publicly unknown ones. The judge and creditors at the end of the day will agree to what produces the greatest return and protection to their investments from the debtor.
Dont expect anything final to come out for atleast a month if not more.
