For anyone that has not been invloved in the Uair thread, a a.net meeting is being organized in Buenos Aires on DECEMBER 18th. Probable location of the meeting will be in front of AEP, we will have a few choris and beers so for any a.netter that will be around on that day you are more than welcome to join us!

Hola Ezeiza,

I believe this thread belongs to the Non-Aviation forum, but oh well.

Of course count me in. I'm free during the whole month of December, not being in town in January and February.

I say that we could meet somewhere like the departures hall that used to be the "Puente Aéreo" to Uruguay. By that I mean the hall that is currently being used by airlines such as Lade, Pluna and Aerovip. I picked that one because it's smaller and less crowded that the AR/AU/A4 departures hall.

About when meeting. In December sundown is around 7:30 pm, so what about something like 4:30 or 5 pm?

So far I believe the attendants will be:

- EZEIZA
- Jj
- Marambio

So it will be somewhat a mini-meet!  Big grin

Saludos,
Marambio

Thanks Arcano. Why don't you come, too? After all, SCL-EZE isn't that expensive! Big grin

Are there Chilean wines? I thought grapeyards were exclusive of this side of the Andes!  Big grin

Hola Marambio

I would love to join, but I've already been twice in Buenos Aires in 2 months, so you have to let me save money for a while! Maybe Aerolineas del Sur will launch a promo fare...
Meanwhile take photos and at least dedicate a toast for the Chilean members (it won't hurt once in an Argentina lifetime to toast for a Chilean!)

You didn't know! yes, there are. Frech, American, Chinese, British and maaaaany others love them. You should try and find what wine truly is. jajajaja

Saludos y Suerte!

Hello guys,

I am arriving from Holland on the 24th of December. Do you think is possible to do the meeting between Christmas and New Year? I would like to participate.

Last January we did a meeting at AEP with the people from the Argentine Spotter forum as was a lot of fun.

Greetings,

Sebastian

Listo, quedamos asi! BsAs mini-meet is on! Lima, for the moment I wouldn't have a problem but I think Jj and marambio will be out of town during Xmas. In any case there will probably be a meeting in April with ZXV and Derico.

saludos!

I'm leaving Buenos Aires on December 30th, so there's no problem if you guys want to change the date to, say, December 27th. We'll have to wait for Jj to decide that.

So these are the attendees:

  • EZEIZA

  • Jj

  • Lima (only if the meeting takes place after December 24th)

  • Argentina

  • Argento

  • Marambio

  • Saludos,
    Marambio

    Hola a todos!

Sorry for not replying earlier, but this thread just slipped my mind! Oooooops toooo bad!

So far, I´ve also been contacted by someone else (named Alan Schaefer), not a member of the forums but also somebody willing to attend!

There is a little problem with the dates!

I´m leaving for Canada on Dec. 20 and not returning until Jan. 8 th. so I wouldn´t be able to change dates =( . Perhaps we could so something like AEP on the 18 th and EZE on Christmass? So everybody can join at least one?

    Keep me posted!

    Saludos

    Jochu
