Despite a very restricted amount of seats being open for FF redemption and flights from the Mainland to KOA/OGG/LIH which are routinely priced at $450 and above, Hawaii is still said to be a low-yield market.

With that in mind, how many passengers book via a booking engine, such as Expedia, and pay the high fares versus the amount of passengers which use tour operators and book a combined air/hotel package?
