This has been a topic on a few other messages. TZ, if they make it past HP, will run most of it's CHICO service out of remote. NW can easily do the same with pinnacle due to the old 23 runway. I'm sure they can build a temporary building for the RJ 's and the Airport probably happy to do this. I see UA, RP & US loosing a gate in D and WN going over there. UA is only going to have 2 mainline in February, both 737-500 (Boeing's answer to a CRJ90) they will not need the space. If TZ goes to HP I don't think much will remain in IND. The thing that would make the most sense at that Time is to move AA,DH,HP and F9 to A/D and move NW to B/C to join skyteam partners CO and DL. If US goes out this Friday when contracts are voided, there is 4 more gates. The airport and NW have to be betting on of these for the "Hub" to work

First read my whole message. It is not about "what is going to happen" it is about NW and BAA presuming a lot of things. I don't know if the FA's will walk out (or actually more likely the CWA) on Friday or if they will be court ordered to continue until a hearing with the labor board. BAA will not "kick them out" that day, even if US goes with their threat to CH 7 the airline if they walk. Heck, NW does not even need the space until Feb at the earliest. The question was asked how can this be done. I just tried to answer.
