I am guessing that the A330s will go where they have more cargo and the 767s will go where they have lighter loads and need the lowest trip cost. The A340s should go to longer range and higher load routes, with the 777s on the heaviest, longest ones

OS-A330 and Rickster; many thanks for the info! Nice to hear that Aeroflot will keep their 777s for now. Perhaps OS/NG will get 7E7s to replace their 340s, 330s and 763s ? Although they will probably wait a while to do it.
