They were never grounded. Even though a court ruled to ground them, the Peruvian government stopped it from ever happening.

Actually, the judge that ordered the grounding is under investigation, for corruption and abuse of authority, naturally.

I think Peruvian Govertnment even issued an special rule to prevent future transport collapse, as it happened during the 14 hours LP was not flying.
