Baggage Handling Agents In India?

question: who is authorized to handle luggage at Indian airports? AI, IC, 9W, S2? Any other externals, domestic and foreign - AAI or Indian airport companies? Like Aviance, Globeground etc?

Who handles airlines like LH, SQ, MH, BA, DL, KL..... etc etc etc at the respective airports? How is all this organized in India? As far as I would assume, this is not liberalized in India, right?

Nice to have some information on this, since it is a new topic of interest for me  Big grin
