Firstly, some of those planes look abandoned and/or are in storage to me. If that is the case, they were probably towed into that position. Secondly, a quick seach of all the photos of VCV shows that this airfield is mostly used for the storage of aircraft which proves my earlier point.

You are said to be a good pilot when your take-off's equal your landings.

Presuming Yes its used for storage,Still these aircraft would be moving at some time or Towed.
