8C Flying LFW-JED-DXB-BKK Vv. - Who/why?

I found following flight flying from LFW (Lome) via Jeddah and Dubai to Bangkok using Boeing 767-200 equipment. Schedule as follows, operated as weekly service on day 1/2:

What kind of airline is this and why do they fly to BKK from Lome?
It looks like the other services opt by 762 go from LFW to MRS/PAR.

According to http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk it's Air Horizon which is based in Togo.

This topic forced me to do small spying within reservation systems and I found - to my surprise - it is quite (in african terms) big airline.
They operate daily LFW-BZV-JNB v.v. with 737 (unknown version) plus
15 weekly flights LFW-LOS v.v
7 weekly flights LFW-ABJ v.v.
7 weekly flights LFW-LBV v.v.
7 weekly flights LFW-DLA v.v.
4 weekly flights LFW-BKO v.v.
3 weekly flights LFW-NIM v.v
all with 737.
Longhaul flights are (762)
weekly LFW-JED-DXB-BKK v.v. (9 hours ground time on the way back in DXB flight 8C111 every tuesday - what the hell they are doing with pax in there for such a long time?) plus
3 weekly flights LFW-MRS-CDG v.v.
and finally 1 weekly flight LFW-JED-DXB v.v.
I wonder is it really operating or it is just paper airline?
