Who Is Focus Air?

I saw a photo of a 747-300 Special Freighter in a "Focus Air" livery on the A.net front page; the caption said it is a new US start-up.

Who has more information about Focus Air? Please let me know.

http://www.focusair.com shows a charter airline but tht website shows nothing about becoming a US startup airline. Must be a different outfit. I got no info either. It seems very hush hush for a upcoming startup. Even Virgin America has more info and they don't even have a plane yet.
