I want to book myself on Delta and I have all my miles and stuff with CO.
I want to know a few things:
1.) If I book my flights with DL and give them my CO onepass number when purchasing my tickets, will I recieve 1 point per segment or only a 1/2 point?
2.) Which way would be better, booking with CO or DL?

I have always received one mile for each mile on all on my DL flights. It's great now that it's possible to earn miles on both as their routes often overlap and one is often cheaper than the other. Personally, I would ensure whatever flight you take, it is marketed by the same carrier that is operating it.

Check the OnePass web page off continental.com, it explains which fares/status gets what mileage/elite points for what fares on DL (and all Skyteam partners).
Just to warn ya, when I flew on DL w/ my CO number on the tix, I ended up having to mail in copies of the boarding cards and tix receipt to CO to get the mileage credit as DL was taking FOREVER to get it sent to CO (so keep them after the flight).
