We all know about the restrictions of the Wrong, sorry, Right Amendment at Love Field, but do the same restrictions apply to Meacham and Alliance in Ft. Worth? I'm not sure if there is a demand from FTW to LAX, LGA, or ORD, but it would be insane to have restrictions on DAL and not Ft. Worth.

No, these are not included. These airports are just not as convenient locations to go to for the majority of Metroplex pax.
We all know of the various failed airline operations at Meacham ( FtWorth Airlines, Texas Star, Mesa) over the years. Maybe if someone had a EMB-170 laden airline flying to LAS PHX LAX BNA ATL IAD etc at low fares, maybe it could last a bit.
Gem State Airlines..."we have a gem of an airline"

Emphasis on "a bit." Fact is, businesses in Ft. Worth will always support DFW. There's enough demand in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area for two airports, but not three (this isn't New York, people!). In addition, given its love (no pun intended) for DFW, the City of Fort Worth isn't going to invest significantly in another passenger airport in the city. Too much is at stake at DFW for them to take that risk.
