Those who live in KWI and who are interested in MEA, tomorrow the first A330 (as i bleave) will land at 12.35 local time. It will depart again at 13.35. Looks like MEA has excess capacity to offer for Xmas and new year on BEY-KWI leg after the closure of some African routes.
MEA always operates A321 to KWI (even for extra flights), while Kuwait Airways operates all types of widebody Airbuses they have (incl. A340) during the peak seasons. I've never seen the MEA A330 in KWI.
