Hunch And 7E7.

I´ve got a hunch that CEO of Boeing has an ace up his sleeve:

In near, very near future there will be 7E7 (confirmed) order from some major carrier, 50-75 at least!

Mostlikely not yet from any US airline, although AA and DL and CO and UA would probobly like it to replace the 767. If you are right I would probobly guess Japan Airlines, or some Chineese airline.

Solnabo-Couldn't agree with you more. I think that instead of showing a bunch of orders at different times (and getting on the 4th page of the newspaper). They pull out every deal at the same time (putting them on the front page). A good PR move in my opinion (if it happens).

Actually, as of 2003, Boeing has made it a specific point NOT to do this... further made evident at Paris and Farnborough of that, and the following, year.

According to ATWOnline, Boeng is expect to announce orders from China Eastern (20) which will be part of a large 90 plane order as well as an order from (Big surprise) Eithad for 18 7E7s! No word on timing.

I would expect some 7e7-9 orders to come soon. Since there are alot of A332 operaters out there, they may be looking for a 1:1 replacement.
