I have seen and read a lot of different views and opinions of the deal. So much so, that I cannot seperate the truth in all of it. Can anybody please let me know what the plan is for B6 to pay for their Airbus' and Embrear aircraft? I would appreciate the fact stated first and then the opion.
Thanks,
SR

Check out there annual report and it will answer all the questions you have and you can see that they are in fact making payments. There is no such thing as a free lunch!

Since B6 is a public company traded on the OTC, they are required to file periodic (quarterly) reports with the SEC. See this link http://biz.yahoo.com/e/040426/jblu10-q.html. You can see in that filing statement their quarterly expense for lease payments and deposits on future deliveries.

Thanks for the links!
The only question I still have is, why are the deductions listed as aircraft RENT??
Are they leasing the a/c or are they paying some sort of Rent, until they can pay?
Thanks Again,
Steve

The first 8 aircraft were acquired on a short term basis from SALE. Those are definitely leased and short term, right now. However, some of their aircraft are on captial leases, in that they make a payment every month for a set time and then at the end of the lease the aircraft reverts to B6, or they can sell the aircraft and lease it back again or dispose of the asset.
