Hi everybody..

Yesterday I was flying to Bucharest from Istanbul. Before we take off a Turkish A310 has landed. But it was in Korean Air colour(I guess, light blue)

So do you have any information aout this aircraft? Turkish Airlines has leased it from Korea??

Could it have been leased from TUI? They have A310s, and their planes are light blue...

Sounds like a MNG A310 - IIRC, they have one of their A300's flying around in Jetair/TUI colours.

See the photo at skyliner-aviation.de, it's the MNG Pax A300 that was in TUI colors.

If the aircraft you saw was the same one pictured in the link provided by Unique in repl #7, it was A300B4-200 registered TC-MNE in a Turkish/TUI hybrid livery. The a.net photo attached below shows the same aircraft in service with its previous operator, Jetair/MNG, in TUI livery. For a summary of previous opeartors of this aircraft, click on the photo and read the caption.

Looking at skyliner-aviation again, there is photo-proof that THY is also leasing MNG's new A300 TC-MNY, ex Air Scandic. I just photographed her on Sunday in all white, now she has Turkish titles and logo.

THY has leased TC-MNE pax aircraft (the blue one) for hadj operations to Jeddah. The THY mainframe displays aircraft type as "M30".

THY also leased TC-MNY, system shows it as "M31".

Cheers

M.
