You get Korean Air Cargo, JAL Cargo, Singapore Cargo, Eva Air Cargo and I think Cathay Pacific cargo at Heathrow, but apart from DHL, i think that's about it. Wasn't there one that op'd into LHR a while back and they had they're cargo storage place in a building by Hatton Cross. I think they went bust. It was something like APX???
The only cargo Gatwick gets is two Channex F27's in the very early morning, DAS Air Cargo DC-10's, Turkish A310's and i think Orex A300's

I saw a Fedex MD-11 at LHR about two years ago, it's stuck in my mind becasue the thrust reversers were so loud! Acording to the photo database however, it's a very rare occurance.

The Bermuda II agreement is the latest air service agreement between the UK and the US. Thus it does cover cargo operations. However there have been several amendments liberalizing cargo right between the two countries (primarily dealing with 5th freedom traffic) since the initial agreement.
In general cargo has been a leader in loosening government traffic restrictions around the world. Many countries tend to loosen and provide for cargo open skies prior to full open skies agreements.
