Since the service level of German and European feeder flights have decreased a lot over the years, LH was looking for something adequate to transport it's first class passengers to it's hubs in FRA and MUC.
For a first stage it is planned to use NetJets for flying first class passengers from other German airports to MUC. FRA lacks slots for such an service so far, although most of their long hauls with first class depart in FRA.
Maybe at a later stage NetJets will also come in from other European cities.
