Pulkovo Plane With Aeroflot Logo?

Why does this Pulkovo plane have an Aeroflot on its belly? Is Pulkovo an affiliate of Aeroflot?

Nope, not an affiliate, but the bird is ex-Aeroflot so may have initially been on lease to Pulkovo. Photos from the last several years do not have the Aeroflot logo on them.
