OK. so i have a few questions on O&D
1) What exactly does it stand for?
If I understand it correctly O&D, means the passengers who either Depart from a given airport, or arrive as their final destination to another given airport. If this is wrong, please help me understand it.
2) Where could i go to get specific o&d numbers? Is there a website, to see o&d numbers for all the airlines combined?

You're right about what it means--people who either begin or end a trip at a specific airport, and it stands for Origin and Destination (eg people who live in said city or are visiting it). Basically count all traffic that is not making a connection. I'm not sure of any particular website that has them all, but perhaps check The Bureau of Transportation Statistics at http://www.bts.gov/ for domestic United States information.
