First of all, the 757 and 767s belong to both airlines, both USAirways and American. Second of all, I do not want to see this merger because it will then create on large domestic airline, which could lead to more mergers like this, like having Delta join the Star Alliance or even merging. This would start a HUGE chain reaction and such with 2 major airlines doing this.
