Astraeus have been operating a weekly 73G flight from Manchester and London Gatwick to Deer Lake for a few weeks now. It looks like the route will upgrade to a 757 for the Summer due to high demand. The flight is about as long as a London - Egypt flight which you'll find many 737 NGs operating

I don't understand why the 737 or 757 over the Atlantic is an issue in any way. The 707 (same fuselage) flew it for many years. If they make money over the water, they will be flown. Just that simple
I don't understand everything I don't know about this.

I agree. Besides, what is worse, being on a 737 or 757, or sitting in the middle seat of an airplane that has a 2-5-2 configuration? I'll take the 737!
